What is the difference between a purchase order and a quote?

A quotation is an offer you send to a customer; a purchase order is a commitment you send to a supplier. Both use the same layout here, with different labels and date fields.

Is my supplier and pricing data stored?

No. The PDF is built in your browser with pdf-lib and nothing is sent to our servers.

Can I add VAT?
